INA Digital design system is a shared foundation for indonesia’s government platforms—built to bring consistency, clarity, and care across 600+ digital services. it’s not flashy. it’s not loud. but it’s there, holding everything together.
My Role
I led the design and structure of the system. built the components, wrote the guidelines, named the tokens. worked with engineers, policy teams, and designers from across institutions. helped shape how things are made, used, and shared. ran workshops. created docs. connected the dots.

Problem
Every ministry had their own thing. different buttons, different flows, different ways of solving the same problem. it made services harder to build—and harder to use.


Solution
A single system that works across country.
we built a library of accessible components, interaction patterns, and shared tokens—plus the docs and workflows to support it all. not just the “what,” but the “why” and the “how.”
To be used by teams building for over 4.4 million civil servants. helped speed up delivery, reduce inconsistencies, and shift the focus back to solving real problems. gave ministries a common language—and a calmer way to build.
