Jack finance is a platform that helps businesses manage money—corporate cards, approvals, workflows, all in one place. it’s built for people who have a lot to track and not enough time.
My Role
Designed and maintain the atomic design system that became the foundation of the product. shaped the UX for core features like card management and approval flows. worked closely with engineers to make things feel fast, clean, and human.
Problem
Finance tools are often complex by default.
There were too many steps, unclear paths, and not enough room to breathe. the tools did the job, but the experience didn’t support the people using them.
Solution
We making it less complex.
Mapped out flows, trimmed steps, created components that could scale without getting in the way. designed quiet micro interactions that made the experience feel alive, but never loud.
Impact
Making Finance Less Complex
Bookkeeping and accounting teams reported up to 80% less time spent on routine tasks. the design system brought consistency and speed to product delivery. the platform became easier to use—and easier to grow.
